NEWS:  Important - the regeneration site boundary has been modified. Indigo Mews and Ashton Street are now OUT of the Blackwall Reach Regeneration site boundary.  Tower Hamlets Council has submitted recommendations on Blackwall Reach Regeneration Project in its Report to Cabinet.
Introduction

This website provides information on the improvements being considered for the Blackwall Reach area of Tower Hamlets.

Blackwall Reach is the name which has been given to the area shown within the red line on the map below.

This includes Robin Hood Gardens, Woolmore Street, Mackrow Walk, Indigo Mews and Anderson House. To see if you live in this area, click on the postcodes link on the menu to the left and see if your postcode is listed.

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is working with English Partnerships, the national regeneration agency, to develop and test a number of regeneration options and has been consulting with the residents of Blackwall Reach to obtain their views on the plans.

The first phase in this consultation process took place between August and November 2007. The residents feedback is now being reviewed before a final plan for the regeneration of the area is put forward to Tower Hamlets Cabinet for approval in February 2008.
